Ingredient: rye whiskey
What it is: WhiskeyAmerican rye whiskey, must be distilled from at least 51 percent rye. Canadian rye whisky, may or may not include rye, so long as it possesses the aroma, taste and character generally attributed to Canadian whisky it may legally be labeled "rye". Rye whiskey is less sweet than Bourbon whiskey.
A mixing-glass half-full fine ice, two dashes of orange bitters, two dashes Boker bitters, one piece lemon-peel, one jigger rye whiskey—no sweetening. Mix and strain into a cocktail-glass.
